All prices are valid for the indicated number of people, exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee.

The resort tax of € 3.50 per person and day is charged separately. From 01.11.2023 the resort tax is € 4.00 and will be charged separately per person and day. Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.

For short stays of up to 3 days we charge +10% .

Sorry, pets are not allowed at Alpenresidenz Ötztal.

Children are warmly welcome. On request we provide a high chair for kids, a child cot, etc. Child discounts on request.

- 3 months prior to the day of arrival: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total booking amount
- 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
- 1 week prior to arrival: 100 % of the total booking amount
